There are three plans, and the only things that change between them are how many active projects and units you can run and whether you have programmatic API and MCP access — every feature on this page works the same on all three. If your organization joined during early access, you’re already on Foundation, and you stay there at no cost: nothing you’ve been using is being taken away.

Your data stays yours: export your records to CSV from inside the app whenever you like, and ask us for a full export or deletion of your organization’s data through support at any time.

Questions

Do the listed prices include tax?
Growth and Scale prices are in USD and exclude tax where applicable. Stripe checkout calculates and adds any tax due at checkout.
Can we stay on Foundation indefinitely?
Yes. Foundation is free with no end date, as long as your active projects and units fit within its caps.
Does our organization need to do anything if we joined during early access?
No. If your organization was using Buildventory before pricing was announced, you’re already on Foundation, and nothing changes unless you choose to upgrade.
